Policies
- All consulting appointments must be paid for in advance by credit card or Paypal.
- If customer must cancel a consulting appointment, said appointment must be canceled in writing at least 24 hours in advance. If customer fails to cancel appointment in writing at least 24 hours in advance, customer will be charged the full cost of the appointment.
- Crowning Image accepts major credit cards, Paypal, cash, cashier's check and money orders as forms of payment. If paying by cashier's check or money order, funds must be cleared prior to shipment of goods. All credit card purchases are verified prior to shipment or delivery. All Out of Country (outside the USA) Customers must provide a copy of the front and back of the credit card and two (2) forms of identification including a copy of their passport. A $15.00 administrative fee will be added to ALL Out of Country orders.
- No refunds or exchanges will be issued on an y items except shoes. Shoes may be presented for exchange ONLY and must have no signs of wear or usage. Customer is responsible for all shipping expenses (both coming and going) on all shoe exchanges. Determination of acceptance of exchange on shoes is at the sole descretion of Crowning Image.
- Layaway: Crowning Image offers a layaway plan for in-stock items only. To layaway in-stock items, customer must pay half down up front and the balance is due within 90 days of the date of layaway. Absolutely no refunds or exchanges on layaway items.
- Special Orders: One-half due at time of order and balance is due when item is shipped or picked up.
- Rush Order: Rush Order fees of not less than $25 will be added to the total cost of the order. All Rush Order shipping fees from manufacturer will be applied.
- Custom Orders: There is a $250.00 non-refundable deposit for any custom gown order in addition to one-half of the estimated cost of the gown. If purchased, the non-refundable deposit is used to pay the designer for his/her time and talent. No design will be released for shipment or pick-up from Crowning Image until full payment is received.
