Policies and Prices

• All appointments must be canceled 24 hours in advance. If Customer fails to do so Customer will be charged.

• Crowning Image accepts credit cards, Paypal, cash and money orders only. No out of state checks. NOTE:   ALL CREDIT CARDS ARE VERIFIED. IF OUT OF THE COUNTRY CUSTOMER MUST HAVE A COPY FRONT AND BACK OF THE CARD, AND 2 FORMS OF IDENTIFICATION INCLUDING A COPY OF YOUR PASSPORT. A $10 ADMINISTRATIVE FEE WILL BE ADDED TO OUT OF COUNTRY ORDERS. 

• No refunds or exchanges except shoes. Customer may exchange unworn shoes and there is a restocking fee of 7.00 and shipping paid both ways. Please check all merchandise before leaving the store.

• Layaway: In stock merchandise is half down and remainder to be paid within 3 months. Absolutely no refunds or exchanges on layaways. 

• Special Orders: One-half due at time of order and the remainder is due when order is picked up or shipped.

• Custom Orders: There is a $150.00 non-refundable deposit for a custom gown. If purchased, the money pays the designer for his/her time and talent. No design leaves Crowning Image without full payment received. One-half is due at time of order and the remainder is due at the time of pick-up or prior to shipment.
